A clear process for a flawless result.
Phase 1: Consultation & Brief
We check your project and goals and offer you a fixed-price quote.Phase 2: Sketching & Thumbnails
We provide 6 initial black-and-white sketch concepts for you to choose from.Phase 3: Refinement
You select one concept. We develop it further, refining lines, shapes, and composition based on your feedback.Phase 4: Color & Detail
We apply color, lighting, and texture, presenting work-in-progress updates for minor adjustments.Phase 5: Final Delivery
You receive the high-resolution final files in your required formats (PNG, JPG, PSD). Project complete!
Is that everything?
From that point onwards, I will help you and your team execute the final designs.
We can make small adjustments to fix optimization issues down the production pipeline in the Modeling or Animation Phase.

A: It varies by complexity. A single character sheet may take 3 or 4 days, while a complex environment design can take 1-2 weeks. We will always provide a timeline upfront.Q: Do you work with NDAs?
A: Absolutely. Client confidentiality is fundamental. We are happy to sign NDAs to protect your intellectual property.Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We typically work with a 50% upfront payment to secure the slot, and 50% upon final delivery before files are sent.Q: Can I request revisions?
A: Yes! Revisions are included at the sketch and refinement phases. Minor adjustments are allowed during the detailing phase.Q: What formats will I receive?
A: You will receive high-resolution JPG/PNG files for use. Layered PSD files can be provided for an additional fee.
